The logo there is actually high-resolution – download it in order to admire fully. This is a website of a company contracted to design/produce promotional material for PayPal. PayPal doesn't provide a hi-resolution version of its logo the images at are either not high-resolution at all, or extremely pixellated, but still, nominally, high-resolution, even though the description reads "Download high resolution files of PayPal logos."
